HZF Web LLC provides website design and development services, as well as related offerings such as on‑page SEO setup, performance improvements, and ongoing website care. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified. Marketing budgets (e.g., ad spend payable to Google or Facebook) are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the ad platforms unless managed retainers are agreed upon.
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and social media pages required to perform the services. Delays in providing access may impact project timelines.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Payment for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due.
